Work Details

Anchor charts build a culture of learning in the classroom, as teachers and students make thinking visible. This allows for the recording of strategies, processes, expectations, guidelines, cues and content during the learning process. Posting anchor charts keeps relevant and current learning accessible to students to remind them of the prior learning and enable them to make connections as new learning is happening. Students should refer back to the anchor charts and use them as tools as they answer questions, expand ideas, contribute to discussions and problem-solve in class.
